Here’s my conversation with Brian Carpenter, Author of “How to Escape an Insane Asylum”.
He documented all that happened to him through the years as he suffered from mental health issues, he has been in and out of jail so many times in this life and even 2 mental Asylums.
I talked to him to get his story and also discuss how the healing process has been, dealing with depression and mental health issues.
